Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NotifyU ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NotifyU provides a web-based dashboard and Android mobile application for educational institution management, including but not limited to student management, academic management, exam management, result processing, fee collection, attendance tracking, library management, and communication tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans

We offer several subscription plans: Basic (৳15/student/month), Standard (৳20/student/month), and Premium (৳23/student/month). One-time setup fees apply: Basic (৳3,000), Standard (৳9,000), and Premium (৳23,000).

Payment

All fees are due as per the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

• You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Platform
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you enter
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

NotifyU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
